FeCrAl Woven Mesh is a metal mesh material made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, also known as high-temperature alloy mesh or electric heating alloy mesh. Common materials include grades such as 0Cr25AL5 and 1Cr13AL4. It features high-temperature resistance (up to 1250°C), oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance, and low resistivity, making it widely used in heating components of industrial equipment and consumer appliances. Product forms include woven mesh, perforated mesh, and crimped mesh. Custom processing such as slitting and punching is possible, making it suitable for the high-temperature resistance requirements of drying and heating devices, electric furnaces, and far-infrared equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, and food processing.
